Raise Your Vibration

Increasing The Light
Raise Your Vibration ~ A Daily Om Reading

Everything in the universe is made of energy. What differentiates one form of energy from another is the speed at which it vibrates. For example, light vibrates at a very high frequency, and something like a rock vibrates at a lower frequency but a frequency nonetheless. Human beings also vibrate at different frequencies. Our thoughts and feelings can determine the frequency at which we vibrate, and our vibration goes out into the world and attracts to us energy moving at a similar frequency. This is one of the ways that we create our own reality, which is why we can cause a positive shift in our lives by raising our vibration.

We all know someone we think of as vibrant. Vibrant literally means "vibrating very rapidly." The people who strike us as vibrant are vibrating at a high frequency, and they can inspire us as we work to raise our vibration. On the other hand, we all know people that are very negative or cynical. These people are vibrating at a lower frequency. They can also be an inspiration because they can show us where we don't want to be vibrating and why. To discover where you are in terms of vibrancy, consider where you fall on a scale between the most pessimistic person you know and the most vibrant. This is not in order to pass judgment, but rather it is important to know where you are as you begin working to raise your frequency so that you can notice and appreciate your progress.

There are many ways to raise your vibration, from working with affirmations to visualizing enlightened entities during meditation. One of the most practical ways to raise your vibration is to consciously choose where you focus your attention. To understand how powerful this is, take five minutes to describe something you love unreservedly-a person, a movie, an experience. When your five minutes are up, you will noticeably feel more positive and even lighter. If you want to keep raising your vibration, you might want to commit to spending five minutes every day focusing on the good in your life. As you do this, you will train yourself to be more awake and alive. Over time, you will experience a permanent shift in your vibrancy.

Free from Worry, Fear and Anxiety

Worry, Fear, and Anxiety is created by inner stress that comes from your thoughts and feelings. When you are thinking about the "what-if's" and playing out the future in your mind as if it would all go bad, or all is bad, you are filled with worry, fear and anxiety and you are vibrating at that frequency. The Law of Attraction states that what you vibrate, you will attract. What you spend your time thinking about, will come to you.

Do not spend time thinking about what "could be".....spend time thinking about what "will be".

Because what "could be" is based on the past or pre-conditioned beliefs that tell you that is the way it will turn out. To "will" your future into reality, you think about what you want and see it in your mind and feel it in your body. Just as you see the open parking space in your mind before you get to the parking lot, and it manifests, so can all your future events go.

To "pre-intend" your life is to think ahead about what it is you want to achieve, and believe it is coming.

What The Bleep- Book Review

They came in droves worldwide to have their reality shifted by the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know?” It made us think about who the “Observer” is, and the effect the Observer has on interpreting reality. It showed us how a particular experience is one of many possible experiences depending on how we choose to interpret it. The movie was a wake up call to remember that “we create our reality” and we need to take responsibility for it.

The What The Bleep book goes one step further down the rabbit hole to help us ask the big questions and gives you plenty to ponder. It also provides easy to understand information on how the brain works and how emotions contribute to the hard wiring of the way we addictively react to life.

The book is a collaboration of love from the makers of the movie. It effortlessly weaves the scientific findings that are presented in the movie in a fashion that allows the reader to really “get it”. And goes into greater detail on theories of quantum physics, balanced by beautiful illustrations, and real right brain stimulation.

If you like the movie, you will love the book! It will make you think, make you question reality and help awaken you from the Matrix!

What Are You Thinking?

A Quote from Abraham
Ashland, Oregon - 7/23/05

How You Can Help

The question that we would put to you is, as you see starvation and you feel the hurt of it, and you launch a rocket of desire, wanting the world to be better, and as you stand at this juncture where you can fork in the direction of what you desire, or in the direction of what you do not want, which way are your thoughts taking you? Are you seeing the world better? Are you hoping better for them? Are you imagining governments getting organized? Are you acknowledging that the food exists, that the technology exists? Are you acknowledging that there is enough food for everyone? Are you wanting them to get it? Are you believing that it is possible?

Or, are you beating the drum of the ineptness of the governments? Are you beating the drum of things going wrong? In other words, which fork are you taking, and which pathway are you helping chart for not only the future generations, but those that are living here now? You can tell by the way you feel whether you are adding significantly in a helpful way to those who are in need of help, you see. But you cannot change things for the better by acknowledging things that need to be changed. You only change things for the better when you turn your attention to what feels better to you in the attention of it.

Take Responsibility

During Hurricane Katrina-

The message boards and blogs are filled with angry, frustrated people who continue to 'stir the pot', by sharing their hate and discontent with every one that will listen. This energy is not helping, in fact it actually slows down efforts, makes volunteers feel terrible and contributes to the negative mass conciousness of thought.

For the sake of the country, PLEASE SHIFT YOUR THOUGHTS RIGHT NOW. Visualize people being rescued, visualize people finding their loved ones, visualize people coming together for the sake of humanity and learning to love one another no matter what race, class or ethnicity.

STOP WASTING YOUR POWER OF THOUGHT ON NEGATIVE STATEMENTS.

What do you want to attract more of? Angry condemnation, rioting ignorance, finger pointing and chaos? OR peace, health, and happiness?

YOU GET TO CHOOSE. What reality do you want to see? Focus on what you want to happen instead of wasting time pointing fingers. Take responsibility for your thoughts and actions. For what we focus our minds on, is what we attract.

Take some time to be grateful...for your life, for the lives of others, for all the help that is arriving.

Katrina-One Event- Different Interpretations

There are so many perspectives on reality right now that you can feel it, like the wind blowing in all directions. It is filled with the many interpretations of this event and the choices of the new reality ahead.

The interpretation, is how people are 'choosing' to think and speak about it and therefore, experience it. We hear cries of victimhood, anger and blame as well as praise, jubilation, and joyous cooperation. Some are talking about how the government failed them, some are grateful to be alive and making the best out of a horrible situation.

It is all about perspective and we need to realize that we can choose our perspective and are not bound by it. The way we look at life is learned. We are given the reality from our parents, our community, TV and the media, as well as the negative messages to ourselves. And we remain 'locked down' to those beliefs as if 'this is the way life is, and it always will be'.

People who have been displaced by the hurricane don't know what lies ahead in the immediate future, and they can't draw upon the past to know what will happen, which makes them free to believe that anything IS possible.

Let's all visualize the possibilities instead of dwelling on who is to blame. As what we choose to focus on becomes our reality.

The End of Black and White

A small miracle has happened that is not so noticeable now.....but it will blossom into a peace, that will be felt across America.

That miracle is what will happen when hundreds of thousands of people are offered the homes, jobs, and futures from people "outside of their normal reality". That is, people of all races, culture, and status will now be living with eachother. And we'll be learning to love one another out of love for humanity.

I have heard some say that they have never had relationships with people outside their own race or ethnicity. This event will change all beliefs of "what we know", since they are based on stereotypes and judgments from within our own culture. These judgments will be replaced with feelings of compassion, understanding and peace.

Let us give thanks for the end of duality is near :-)
